About alcohol at events. Bar service depends on the venue, the event type and the permits in place. We’ll confirm what can be served when we quote your date. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID.
The portable stage
Good food feeds a crowd. A stage gives the crowd a reason to stay. Ours travels with us and goes up on site, so a lot, a lawn or a loading dock becomes a venue for the night.

About bottle service. Bottle service is offered only at private events where it is licensed and permitted, poured by our bartenders, to guests 21 and over with valid ID. Bottles are never sold or reserved through this site. We confirm what can be served at your venue when we quote your date.

Why we started mobile
Frozen & Turnt was built around one idea: New Orleans soul, Caribbean flavor and Dallas energy belong at the same party. Going mobile lets us take that party to the people first, to the lots, the festivals and the backyards, and learn what a city wants before we pour a foundation.
So the road isn’t a preview of the real thing. It is the real thing. Same kitchen standards, same bar program, same stage. When the flagship opens it will be this, standing still, with more room to dance.

A permanent Frozen & Turnt is the plan: a frozen daiquiri bar and lounge with the full kitchen and a stage that never has to pack up. There’s no address to share yet. When there is, the list hears first.

Order ahead.Pick up at the window.
Build your order, choose a pickup time and send it ahead. We text or call you back to confirm it. Food only online. Drinks are ordered at the window with valid ID.
Allergens. Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen where shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame are present. Tell us about any allergy in your order notes and again at pickup.

What we collect on this site, why we collect it and what we do with it. Effective October 21, 2026.
Who we are
Frozen & Turnt is a mobile food, frozen daiquiri and entertainment business serving Dallas–Fort Worth. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.
What each form collects, and why
- Text and email updates. Your mobile number, your email address or both, the topics you pick, and for text messages a record of your consent: whether you agreed, the wording you agreed to and when. We use these to send the updates you asked for.
- Pickup orders. The name for the order, your mobile number, your email if you give it, what you ordered, your pickup time, and any allergies or notes you type. We use these to prepare your order and to text or call you about it.
- Booking requests. Your event type, date, guest count, city, venue, the services and budget range you choose, anything you add, and your name, phone and email. We use these to reply with availability and a quote.
- Contact form. Your name, email, topic and message. We use these to reply to you.
Please don’t put sensitive information in a form beyond what it asks for. Allergy details are used only to handle your order.
What stays on your device
The order you are building is saved in your browser so it is still there when you come back. After you send an order, its reference stays in that browser tab until you dismiss it. Neither is sent to us until you press send. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and copied into the customer-records system we use to reply, which runs on secure cloud hosting. We use email and text-message providers to send the replies and updates you ask for. Like most web hosts, these services keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and send messages, such as our website host and the services we use to send texts and email, and when the law requires it. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, we send recurring automated marketing and service texts about the topics you picked. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. The full text-message terms are in our Terms.
How long we keep it
- Pickup order requests: up to 12 months after the order date, so we can handle questions about an order.
- Booking requests and contact messages: up to 3 years after our last conversation, so we have the history if you book with us again.
- Text and email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a record of your consent and opt-out for 4 years, so we can show we honored it.
When a period ends we delete the information or remove anything that identifies you. We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
Seeing or deleting your information
To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send us a note through the contact form. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, ask us the same way.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Alcohol content on this site is for adults 21 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, we post the new version here and update the effective date above.
Terms
The plain rules for using this site, ordering ahead, getting our texts and booking us. Effective October 21, 2026.
The menu, prices and where we are
We move, and the menu can change by stop. Items, prices, hours and locations on this site are posted in good faith and can change or sell out. The board at the window is the final word on what is available and what it costs.
Online pickup orders
- An online order is a request. It is not confirmed until we text or call you back at the number you gave. If you don’t hear from us, order at the window.
- Food only. Alcohol is never sold or reserved through this site.
- Pay at the window. Nothing is charged online. Sales tax is added at pickup unless the total already shows it.
- Pickup times are estimates. We may need to change a time, substitute with your agreement, or decline an order, for example when an item sells out.
- Allergens. Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen where shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame are present. We can’t guarantee any item is free of an allergen. List allergies in your order and tell the window again at pickup.
Alcohol
Alcohol is served only where licensed and permitted, to guests 21 and over with valid ID. Drink availability varies by stop and event. We reserve the right to refuse service. Please enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive.
Text messages
- By ticking the consent box and giving your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages from Frozen & Turnt at that number, about the topics you chose: locations, Culinary Bullpen drops, events, flagship news and offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact form.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Bookings and catering
- A request is not a booking. Your date is held only once we confirm it with you in writing and you accept the written quote.
- Prices. Prices are set in your written quote. Party planning, bottle service and other add-ons are priced separately from food and drinks.
- Changes, cancellations and refunds. The deposit, payment schedule, cancellation deadlines and any refund for your event are set out in the written quote you accept. Nothing is charged through this website.
- Alcohol at events. What can be served, including alcohol and bottle service, depends on the venue and the licenses and permits in place. Guests must be 21 or over with valid ID.
